Death Penalty

There are different kinds of individuals in a society. Some of them can be criminals. Some of them can be criminals. They are given punishment or penalty by law. Some penalties are very simple but very serious one.The death penalty is the most serious one . It is the penalty in which the criminals are killed according to the law of the state. It is also called the capital punishment .Most of the democratic countries of the world do not have the legal provision of the death penalty.Country like Nepal has no death penalty if criminal does crimes.
Regarding legal provision of the death penalty ,two dogmatically opposite views have emerged. Some people support it whereas others strongly deny. The advocates of the death penalty view that it certainly lessens the gravity and frequency of the crimes committed by the professional criminals. The people who oppose it opine according to their principles on the background of human rights. They view the right to life must be preserved even of the murderers.People who support it claims the murderers should be given the death penalty. The professional murderers must be sentenced to the death penalty.
In a democratic country human rights should be enjoyed and practised. All the democratic people should support to human rights to protect people. Due to no death penalty in democratic country like Nepal people are killed every day without any cause. On june 5,2009 college girl was killed. Here is short kidnapped story is given below.

Nepal is losing its peace day by day. If such things going to continue then no one wants to live there. There is a clear reason why Nepalese are moving to foreign land, otherwise who wish to leave their motherland.....Everyone wants to live in their country. The kidnapper Biren Shrestha and Merina Shakya are not given death penalty till now .These two kidnapper are still fighting in court for their relase.
